piece(s) hard-boiled eggs

kg green beans

piece(s) sweet pepper

bunch culantro

twine for tying
Directions
- Slice meat around, leaving it extended and not too thin. Season with salt, bouillon, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- With meat extended, place filling which is hard-boiled eggs cut in four, cooked carrot made into strips, and parboiled green beans placed whole.
- Once all filling is placed, begin rolling, then tie with twine so filling doesn't come out.
- Place in oven for hour and half in wood-fire stove.
- Can also be made sudado - place in pot, add a little water, turn occasionally.
- When tender, slice.
