Stuffed Pork Loin

Ingredients
2 kg pork, especially loin
5 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
1/4 kg green beans
1 piece(s) carrot
1 piece(s) sweet pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 bunch culantro
1 piece(s) celery leaf
twine for tying
Directions
  1. Slice meat around, leaving it extended and not too thin. Season with salt, bouillon, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  2. With meat extended, place filling which is hard-boiled eggs cut in four, cooked carrot made into strips, and parboiled green beans placed whole.
  3. Once all filling is placed, begin rolling, then tie with twine so filling doesn't come out.
  4. Place in oven for hour and half in wood-fire stove.
  5. Can also be made sudado - place in pot, add a little water, turn occasionally.
  6. When tender, slice.
