Ingredients
1/2 piece(s) stick of butter
2 kg potato
pinch salt
1 kg ground beef
1/4 cheese
garlic, onion, sweet pepper, cilantro, and celery
Directions
  1. Parboil potatoes and make purée.
  2. Prepare meat with all aromatics with one tablespoon butter, and add rest of butter to purée.
  3. Put half the purée in pyrex dish, then add prepared meat and other half of purée, and grate cheese on top.
