Ingredients
15 piece(s) guineos (green bananas)
1/2 kg chicken
1/2 piece(s) sweet pepper
1 piece(s) onion
1 bunch culantro bunch
pinch salt to taste
2 piece(s) tomatoes
1 tsp achiote (annatto)
1 tsp chicken bouillon
Directions
  1. Cook guineos with water and salt.
  2. Chop pepper, onion, culantro, and tomato, add chicken and cook to prepare sauce.
  3. Add achiote and bouillon with salt to taste.
  4. When guineos are done, drain and place in sauce with chicken.
