Ingredients
2 kg pork
2 bunch bunches of cilantro
1 piece(s) onion
4 clove(s) garlic cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 piece(s) hand of green bananas
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cook pork with aromatics for at least two to three hours with sufficient water.
  2. When meat is at the right point, remove some fat.
  3. Add guineos and aromatics, stir everything, and serve very hot.
