Directions
- Cook plantains, potatoes, and meat individually.
- Chop potatoes and plantains into small cubes.
- Chop meat into small pieces.
- Chop garlic, sweet pepper, and oregano.
- Sauté. When ready, pour plantains, potatoes, and meat into bowl and stir.
- Place in tortillas and ready to serve.
