Directions
- Cook the corn in water until soft (approximately 1 hour).
- Separately, with the panela make a rather thick syrup, enriching its flavor with cinnamon, green lime peel, cloves and orange blossoms. Set aside.
- Finely chop the pineapple and cut 12 lulos into small slices.
- Put over low heat 2 cups of chopped pineapple with a little sugar to soften.
- With the rest of the pineapple, the other 12 lulos and the 15 glasses of water, make a juice.
- Mix the pineapple and lulo juice with the corn, the previously strained syrup, the sugar-softened pineapple and the sliced lulos, as well as with green lime peels to give it a special flavor. Serve in glasses with ice cubes.
