Ingredients
500 gr snail
250 gr potato
2 piece(s) white onions
2 piece(s) tomatoes
4 clove(s) garlic
pinch wild cilantro to taste
1/2 tbsp achiote
coconut milk broth
Directions
  1. To obtain the coconut milk broth, grate a coconut, add a cup of warm water and then strain.
  2. Separately, put the snails in water and bring to heat. When the shells boil, about 15 minutes, remove the mollusk and cut in halves if they are very large.
  3. Place the ingredients together in the pressure cooker and let boil for 3 minutes. Serve with rice and patacón.
