coconut milk broth
Directions
- To obtain the coconut milk broth, grate a coconut, add a cup of warm water and then strain.
- Separately, put the snails in water and bring to heat. When the shells boil, about 15 minutes, remove the mollusk and cut in halves if they are very large.
- Place the ingredients together in the pressure cooker and let boil for 3 minutes. Serve with rice and patacón.
