pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash the potatoes and put them on the fire in hot water with salt and pepper for 5 minutes; then put them in the oven and, once roasted, take them out, cut off a lid, and scoop them out with a small spoon, being careful not to break them.
- Mash the scooped-out potato with a fork and add the butter, cheese, and breadcrumbs.
- With this mixture refill them; add a little heavy cream or crema, cover them, and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
