1000 gr fresh cuajada, drained and ground with a fork
750 gr yellow corn flour
2 piece(s) beaten eggs
250 gr melted butter
250 gr melted lard
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients, knead well, and form round or elongated biscuits with your hands like the achira ones.
  2. Put them on a greased baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 325°F, for 10 minutes or until they take on the appearance of small almojábanas.
  3. Remove and let rest for 15 minutes to put them back in the oven for 15 more minutes, until they are toasted and crispy.
