Directions
- Put the milk on the fire (reserve 1 cup) and, when it boils, add panela broken in pieces, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Then start stirring and add rice flour dissolved in 1 cup of milk.
- Continue stirring with a stirrer or wooden spoon until it reaches the right point.
