Directions
- Beat the whites to stiff peaks, then add the beaten yolks, starch and sugar, little by little, without stopping beating, and finally add the aguardiente and lemon slowly.
- Pour into a floured mold and bring to preheated oven at 350°, for approximately 15 minutes, until it rises and browns.
