Ingredients
14 piece(s) eggs, whites and yolks separated
500 gr potato starch
1 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) aguardiente (Colombian anise liquor)
drops of lemon
Directions
  1. Beat the whites to stiff peaks, then add the beaten yolks, starch and sugar, little by little, without stopping beating, and finally add the aguardiente and lemon slowly.
  2. Pour into a floured mold and bring to preheated oven at 350°, for approximately 15 minutes, until it rises and browns.
