Ingredients
1 piece(s) ripe papaya, firm, long and thin (or a melon)
2 piece(s) packets of lemon-flavored gelatin, dissolved in two cups of boiling water
1 cup(s) green grapes, cut in half
1 cup(s) melon, diced
1 cup(s) apple, peeled and diced
pinch sugar to taste
drops of lemon
Directions
  1. Mix the fruit salad, sugar and lemon with the gelatin.
  2. Peel the papaya, cut off the ends and clean out the seeds.
  3. Stuff with the fruit salad, cover and wrap in a cloth or aluminum foil, and leave for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. To serve, remove and unwrap, carefully slice into 2½ cm thick slices and serve immediately.
  5. Can be drizzled with a little heavy cream.
