Ingredients
500 gr wheat flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup(s) thick coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 tbsp oil
Directions
  1. Mix everything and knead well.
  2. Let rest for while (30 minutes), form small cakes and prick with fork.
  3. Bake in wood oven placing outside, near mouth, in covered pot or in electric oven until golden (approximately 10 minutes).
  4. Islanders use it as bread to accompany stews, soups and, in general, any dish.
