750 gr yuca (cassava) peeled, cooked and mashed
500 gr pork meat, chopped and sautéed
vegetable oil
salt
Directions
  1. Knead yuca well with salt to taste and take egg-sized portions, press with thumb in center and place meat filling, close and fry in very hot oil until golden (can also fill with grated queso costeño or shredded fish meat).
  2. Can add a little corn masa to yuca masa to prevent absorbing too much oil when frying.
