Directions
- Cook the nacume in water for 30 minutes (drain well).
- Fry the chopped pork ribs in oil until well browned; set aside keeping the pan with the fat, as a quick sauté will be made in it with the onion and nacume.
- Add the dough, salt, cumin and pepper and a little water to the sauté to form a smooth dough.
- Take small portions of the preparation and wrap hermetically with the leaves, making well-tied little packages that are steamed for 1 hour.
