Rosca de Pan Casero Relleno de Chiverre (Homemade Sweet Bread Ring Filled with Squash)

Ingredients
1 flour
½ cup(s) warm water
2 dry yeast
2 eggs
2 butter
sugar
1 orange zest
2 grated chiverre
pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Activate the yeast, warm the milk with the butter until it melts, add the sugar, eggs, and pinch of salt at room temperature, combine everything and let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and fill with the chiverre and place in a round pan to rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake at 350°C for 30 minutes.
