milk
sugar
cinnamon
vanilla
maizena (cornstarch)
Directions
  1. Boil the milk with cinnamon, vanilla and sugar, then add the maizena.
  2. Let it cool. Once cold, place in the ice cream maker container, add ice and rock salt to the machine so the ice cream can set.
  3. Leave for about an hour.
