maizena (cornstarch)
Directions
- Boil the milk with cinnamon, vanilla and sugar, then add the maizena.
- Let it cool. Once cold, place in the ice cream maker container, add ice and rock salt to the machine so the ice cream can set.
- Leave for about an hour.
