2 milk
miel de tapa (unrefined cane syrup) to taste
cinnamon stick
cloves
hibiscus seeds
lime zest
Directions
  1. Rinse the rice and cook with cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Add milk and sugar, cook until thick.
  3. Serve cold sprinkled with cinnamon.
