Directions
- Add the rennet to the milk according to the amount of cheese you want to make.
- Let it rest for 40 minutes, then stir and remove the whey and let it sit until the next day but without salt.
- Then put it to boil.
- Break the curd into small pieces and while boiling, stir until it becomes a paste.
- Then drain the water and let it cool while gradually adding the salt.
- When it's done, place it in a round container, ideally the same size as the cheese so it doesn't deform.
