Directions
  1. Add the rennet to the milk according to the amount of cheese you want to make.
  2. Let it rest for 40 minutes, then stir and remove the whey and let it sit until the next day but without salt.
  3. Then put it to boil.
  4. Break the curd into small pieces and while boiling, stir until it becomes a paste.
  5. Then drain the water and let it cool while gradually adding the salt.
  6. When it's done, place it in a round container, ideally the same size as the cheese so it doesn't deform.
