Ingredients
1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/2 piece(s) stick of margarine
3/4 cup(s) sugar
1 piece(s) chopped mango
1 tsp baking powder
2 piece(s) whole eggs
Directions
  1. Beat the margarine until very fluffy, add the 3/4 cup of sugar, then alternate with the eggs.
  2. Sift the baking powder with the flour.
  3. Chop the mango and add it last.
  4. Then bake in the oven at 350°F in a greased and floured pan.
