Ingredients
5 kg potatoes
1/2 kg beef flank
1/8 kg lard, garlic, achiote and salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cook potatoes whole from one day to next.
  2. Next day, peel and chop.
  3. Cook meat and shred.
  4. Chop garlic very fine, then place over heat with lard and achiote.
  5. Then add meat and potato, stirring over low heat until it boils.
