Directions
- Once figs are picked from tree, put in water to remove milky liquid that comes out, as it burns fingers.
- After a while, peel partially, leaving a little peel. Cut making a cross so water can enter when boiled for 2 hours.
- When figs have changed color, add sugar. For every 50 figs, add 1 kilo of sugar.
- Let cool and pass through sugar for better presentation.
